Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ KOL Seeding & Relationship Management
- Identify, shortlist, and engage KOLs that align with brand goals and target audience
- Coordinate end-to-end product seeding campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to shipping and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs to foster loyalty and brand advocacy
- Ensure timely delivery of content and that all KOL output adheres to brand guidelines
2️⃣ Video Scripting & Content Coordination
- Develop clear video outlines and highlight key selling points to guide KOL content creation
- Collaborate with KOLs throughout the production process — from planning to shooting and final delivery
- Review and provide constructive feedback to ensure content reflects brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives
3️⃣ Campaign Execution & Performance Reporting
- Schedule and oversee KOL content publishing across TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions
- Assist in preparing post-campaign reports and insights to evaluate success and inform future strategy
4️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the E-Commerce, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure Public Relation efforts are aligned with broader marketing and sales goals
- Support promotional activities such as product launches, live streams, and special campaigns
Job Requirements:
- 5-day work week but willing to work from Thursday to the following Monday (i.e. rest days will be on Tuesday and Wednesday instead of weekend) due to operational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in P.R, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and influencer trends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- A creative eye for content storytelling and understanding of digital engagement metrics
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bonus: Experience with basic video editing, content planning tools, or influencer databases
