At Tipsy Collective , we don’t just serve food and drinks — we create experiences worth talking about. We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and digitally-savvy Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team and help amplify our brand across social media.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in curating and executing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
- Capture photo and video content during service hours, events, and behind-the-scenes
- Brainstorm creative social campaigns and contribute fresh ideas for brand visibility
- Monitor performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
- Support influencer and content creator collaborations, from outreach to coordination
- Help promote bar launches, seasonal menus, and exclusive promotions
- Stay on top of social trends and adapt them for Tipsy’s unique brand voice
- Assist in crafting digital artwork using tools like Canva or CapCut (bonus if you dabble in Adobe!)
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Obsessed with F&B, nightlife, and all things content
- A natural storyteller — visually and through captions
- Familiar with platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and trends that actually work
- Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Self-starter with strong time management and communication skills
- Bonus: You’ve got a portfolio or social media page you’re proud of!
