1. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Engage and collaborate with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Follow up closely on action items and update stakeholders in a timely manner
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
- Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders, using data visualization tools appropriately
- Plan ahead and implement tangible actions alongside stakeholders
- Mobilise stakeholders for collective action
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation and report-writing
2. Casework
- Assess client’s needs, level of functioning and system intervention
- Understand client groups and manage associated risk and protective factors
- Conduct outreach and engage client’s family, where applicable, to develop action plans to support the client
- Engage other relevant agencies to support the client holistically
- Ensure proper documentation and report-writing
3. Group Work
- Prepare and implement groupwork sessions/intervention
- Evaluation groupwork intervention processes and outcomes
4. Programme Development and Implementation
- To systematically design sound social work intervention programmes with clear programme logic model/ theory of change
- Deliver programme and conduct outcome-based monitoring to ensure the successful accomplishment of its quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Mobilise resources and engage in collaborative work
5. System Linkage, Analysis and Engagement
- Interpret relevant policies / schemes that impact on community and client groups
- Use knowledge of systems and availability of resources to represent clients’ needs so as to formulate assessment
- Empower clients to access needed resources
- Facilitate and initiate collaborative activities with stakeholders
- Conduct systems level intervention
6. Volunteer engagement and development
- Recruit, engage and develop volunteers (when needed)
- Mobilise volunteers and delegate responsibility
- Provide relevant training/briefing for volunteers, when required
- Maintain positive working relationship with volunteers
- Ensure proper documentation and report-writing
7. Evaluation & Research
- Identify current trends
- Gather relevant information for evaluation
- Support in evaluation/research activities
8. Documentation and Report Writing
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Ensure that proposals and written reports are clear and concise
- Document and maintain case/programme files and prepare reports according to required documentation standards
9. Administrative and other duties
- Perform administrative duties
- Other duties/projects as assigned
