Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Software Tester to join our team and contribute to the development and integration. The Ideal candidate will have hand-on experience in Software Testing and to ensure the quality and reliability of software product through series of testing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans to ensure the quality of the software products.
- Create a details Test Plan and relevant test documents and reports for functional, performance and regression testing, and oversee the execution of these plans
- Promote and implement test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics. Prepare and present reports on test progress and other relevant quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that quality objectives are met.
- Identify potential quality risks in software products and processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that software solutions deliver a positive user experience and comply with the organisation’s standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualification and Skills:
- 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and test management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Proven experience in QA processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in API and desktop application testing.
- Possesses basic software development skill in DotNet, Java, Python, NodeJS.
