- Carry out routine nursing responsibilities, including clinical procedures and monitoring patients’ vital signs.
- Deliver safe, competent nursing care in accordance with established professional standards.
- Maintain excellent customer service in all patient interactions.
- Support doctors during patient assessments and treatment procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of medications and critical/emergency equipment.
- Manage front desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, and related administrative work.
- Assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations efficiently.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Participate in administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory checks of medications and supplies, as well as handling payments.
- Educate and inform patients and their families on relevant health matters.
- Take on additional nursing responsibilities or participate in other departmental tasks as required.
