Responsibilities
- Prepare and steam dishes
- Follow specific recipes and plating standards
- Maintain proper timing and temperature for all steamed dishes to ensure flavor and texture
- Monitor inventory and freshness of ingredients
- Clean and maintain steamers and related equipment to meet food safety standards
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
