1. Receiving Goods
- Inspect and verify incoming stock against delivery orders/invoices.
- Check for damages, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.
- Unload and organize deliveries.
2. Storing Inventory
- Properly store items in designated locations.
- Use shelving, racks, or storage systems to maintain order.
- Maintain proper labeling and documentation.
3. Inventory Management
- Assist in periodic stocktaking.
- Use inventory management systems (Excel + ERP system).
4. Issuing Goods
- Pick, pack, and issue stock as per requests or job orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation for outgoing items.
- Coordinate with other departments or customers regarding supply needs.
5. Housekeeping & Safety
- Keep the store/warehouse clean and organized.
- Maintain stock record .
- Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
- Support audits and stock reconciliation processes.
Required Skills
- Basic math and record-keeping
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (for inventory software)
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- work in weekends/PH if needed.
