Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all structural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing and submitting inspection requests and Inspection Forms for RTO inspections .
- Conduct daily site checks, coordinate with RTO, consultants, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure QA/QC control of structural works , verifying workmanship and materials before inspection.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues and ensure timely completion of structural activities.
- Maintain proper site documentation, records of inspection requests, and QAQC reports.
- Report to the Structural Engineer/Project Manager on work progress, issues, and non-conformance matters.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and good housekeeping on site.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in supervising structural works within the construction industry.
- Familiar with local codes, standards, and RTO inspection procedures .
- Hands-on experience in QA/QC checks, site coordination, and inspection documentation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site workers.
