Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the school’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective families.
- Provide clear information on the school’s programs, curriculum, and activities.
- Guide families through the admissions process for a smooth and positive experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Conduct campus tours and highlight the school’s features and benefits.
- Follow up with prospective families to address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in school events and information sessions.
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
- Experience in sales or a target-driven environment (preferably in education).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
