Job Responsibilities
- Review the forecast in Anaplan every month on your product category, together with the merchandising team.
- Follow up the business trends and run different analysis by product lines/by countries to help improve the forecast accuracy and anticipate trends as much as possible
- Prepare and lead the forecast meeting validation
- Build partnership with Merchandising during the buying session for each collection
- Coordinate with Central & Regional teams on the new product launch strategy
- Coordinate with Regional Distribution team to follow up on high-low products trends/ shortages.
- Identify opportunities of product growth in relation with Merchandising
- Implement & dispatch communication towards different departments
- Work on different projects for the team to improve efficiency and visibility
- Any other duties as assigned by your reporting manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
- Minimum work experience of 3 years in the related discipline
- Relevant experience in Sales Planning is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
- Analytical skills and sensitive to numbers
- Knowledge in Anaplan and PowerBI will be a valuable advantage
