- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce costs while ensuring timely, high-quality supplies.
- Minimize stock-out issues and avoid overstocking by effective inventory planning.
- Analyse operational performance, identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Drive process improvements in inventory management and reduce product returns.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across inbound, warehousing, and outbound (shipping, delivery) while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage the department team in planning, sourcing, warehousing, delivery, and goods return.
- Monitor demand trends, inventory usage, and wastage to proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure inventory systems and databases are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations by employees and service providers.
Perform other related duties in supply chain, purchasing, and inventory control as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in supply chain and logistics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and import/export regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems/software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
