1. ASEANI Supply Chain Manager
- Create and manage robust & cost-effective supply within the sub-region of ASEANI, with specific emphasis on security of supply, total cost of supply, inventory management, risk management, local logistics and related supply activities. The Supply Chain Manager is the primary interface with Commercial in the sub-region
- Warehouse & Distribution Management: Oversee operations 3PL, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, stock accuracy, and timely deliveries to customers.
- Inventory Optimisation: Manage safety stock levels, replenishment strategies, and obsolescence risk for indirect sales.
- Compliance & Local Regulations: Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs, and trade requirements in Indonesia.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales and finance to align supply chain strategies with market demand and business growth targets.
- Cost Control: Monitor logistics costs (freight, warehousing and identify savings opportunities without compromising service levels.
2. Continuous Improvement Project Leader (Supply Chain Focus)
- Lead cross-functional CI initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and improve cost performance across APAC.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the Supply Chain.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring supply chain disruptions.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure CI project success.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardise best practices and implement scalable process improvements.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure SOPs are properly documented and updated in SharePoint.
- Partner with IT to integrate technology solutions (ERP, automation, data analytics) into process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
- Support and lead the delivery of business-critical systems
- Recommend improvements in workflows or methods that are input to the Supply Chain
Safety
Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company.
Location
This role is assigned to our APAC head office located in Biopolis, Singapore.
What You’ll have
- Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a multi-national organisation
- Strong project management skills
- Six Sigma certification
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical, meticulous, and assertive work approach with a continuous improvement mindset is key
- Ability to work well independently and as business partners in a matrix organization
- Self-motivated, initiative and agile with strong problem-solving skills.
