Job Description:
- Manage and maintain software across development, staging, and production environments.
- Working with high availability and reliability requirements of the software.
- Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, business unites and product vendors to support deployment, integration and troubleshooting efforts.
- Craft and maintain system documentation, including design diagrams, operating procedures and support guides.
- Participate in incident response and problem resolution related to software systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Windows/Linus server environments and application middleware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
