Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and attractiveness to candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage onboarding activities in collaboration with HR.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
