Job Description & Requirements
Assist Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician with day-to-day clinic operation
协助中医师进行日常门诊操作
Answering of phone calls and assist customers with their queries
接听电话并协助客户查询
Scheduling of appointment and registration for patients
安排患者的预约和登记
Processing of invoice and payments
发票和付款的处理
Dispensary of medication
配药物
Collection of payment from customers
从客户那里收取付款
Use of online clinic system
使用诊所系统
Purchase of medicines
订购药品
Stock checks and updates
库存检查和更新
Requirements:
1) GCE N, O Level or Nitec qualification;
2) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel);
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4) Able to work 5.5 days/week.
