We are looking for Experienced Candidate to join us for the below position:
Team Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Admin/ HR
- Ensure environmental neatness & cleanliness within the warehouse and service center
- Handle all incoming faults or technical call
- Prepare quotation for customers after fault diagnosis
- Ensure that all documentation is well in-place and file
- Follow up closely according to flow chart
- Work closely with operations team
- Provide general administration to teams including filing, data entry and document management
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Min Nitec/Diploma in Communication/ people management
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Must be a multi-tasker with good time management
- Full of initiative, committed, meticulous and able to work independently without much Guidance, Good negotiation skills
- Computer literate in MS office, outlook
- Must be comfortable to work in service center
- Those who can start immediately will be preferred
