About Us :
AMACHA is Singapore’s inaugural herbal milk tea brand that infuses the richness of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with contemporary tea culture. We’re looking for a dedicated Service Technician to maintain, repair, and enhance our proprietary tea machines across our stores.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Servicing:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of AMACHA’s tea machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventories, and repair records
Installation & Setup
- Deliver, install, and set up new tea machines at AMACHA outlets
- Calibrate and test equipment to meet quality and safety standards
Emergency Support
- Provide prompt breakdown support to minimize service disruptions
- Escalate complex technical issues to external vendors when needed
Training & Support
- Train store staff on proper machine usage, preventive care, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide user guides and technical documentation for internal use
Logistics Support
- When there are no machine servicing tasks, act as the company driver to transport goods from the central kitchen to outlets
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of ingredients, equipments, or supplies according to the operations schedule
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Coordinate with operations, store teams, and vendors to ensure timely repairs and deliveries Identify recurring faults and suggest solutions to improve machine performance and reliability
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing F&B machinery or similar equipment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and support
- Able to speak and read Chinese
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
