We are now hiring interns for our H1 2026 cohort! Internships will start in 2 batches: January 2026 or February 2026. Please indicate your exact availability in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

The Role:


What will you do?
  • Tendering QS and Administration
  • Assist the Tender Managers/Engineers in the BMS bidding process preparation, approval and submission
  • Review the equipment schedule and drawings for Quantities
  • Point schedule preparation in excel and estimation tools
  • Manage SME/SMO stakeholders in preparing SME forms submission and review
  • Manage IG/OG Quotations and supplier timelines
  • Assist Tender Engineers in preparation of cost estimation tools and submissions
  • Coordinate and work closely with Tender Engineers on bid timeline and follow-up actions to complete the task
Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Engineering
Skills/Systems Knowledge:
  • Able to read Mechanical and Electrical tender drawings
  • Preferably with knowledge on BMS and Sensors/Instrumentation
  • Preferably with knowledge on ELV and IBMS systems
  • Good communication skills to be able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Able to work in tight schedules
  • Excellent problem solving skills
