Responsibilities:
- Collect project data and manage related documentation
- Attend tender briefings and site visits; assess site conditions as needed
- Review contract documents, take measurements, and prepare Bills of Quantities promptly
- Design and prepare tender proposals based on project or client requirements
- Prepare and analyze tender submissions
- Support cost estimation and quantity take-offs
- Manage project documentation from tender stage to handover
- Collaborate with the project team on reports, claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering, or M&E tendering processes preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Skilled in AutoCAD and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work closely with teams and clients

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
