Position: Therapist
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: $3,150 – $3,500 (based on experiences)
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (inclusive of 2 hours break)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide manual therapy, including tuina, sports massage, and other traditional treatment techniques.
- Apply physiotherapy knowledge (where applicable) to support holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records while upholding high clinical standards.
- Assist with daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Build positive rapport with clients and provide consistent follow-up care.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to business growth through service recommendations, patient retention, and client satisfaction efforts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Physiotherapy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
