Job Description
- Lead the strategy and execution of co-funded tourism marketing campaigns across Asia, amplifying Qantas and Jetstar’s brand presence and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, overseeing complex negotiations and cross-cultural campaign delivery.

In your role as Tourism Partnerships Manager, you will lead high-impact marketing campaigns across Asia in collaboration with national and regional tourism organisations. This pivotal role drives both the strategy and execution of co-funded partnership initiatives, working closely with the Asia Brand & Channels teams to deliver campaigns that enhance visibility, strengthen market presence, and support commercial outcomes.
Success in this role relies on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from global tourism boards to regional travel authorities. You’ll be responsible for leading complex negotiations, aligning campaign priorities, and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment.
You’ll have –
- 6+ years’ marketing experience in media/advertising, including digital
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Develop long-term strategies, identify innovative opportunities, and optimise for maximum ROI.
- High-Level Engagement & Negotiation: Cultivate senior relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead complex contract discussions.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret performance data to drive actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Expertise: Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across PR, TV, Film, and social influencers.
- Financial & Project Management: Oversee budgets, track expenses, and manage end-to-end project deployment.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration: Articulate strategies clearly and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.
- Problem-Solving & Brand Stewardship: Resolve high-level challenges and ensure brand consistency for Qantas and Jetstar.
