Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of below-the-line (BTL) activities including brand campaigns, trade activations, and promotions
- Assist in organizing and executing roadshows to drive sampling and conversion for key brands
- Contribute to the creation of impactful POSM artwork and communication touchpoints
- Monitor and track sales execution, promotional performance, and in-trade implementation
- Analyze business performance using available data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Support project owners with budget tracking and management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student in Business, Economics, or Social Sciences
- Fluent in English with strong Excel skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build authentic relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo
- Strong learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support off-site activities
