THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Transformation Analyst, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team helping clients reinvent experiences, streamline operations, and unlock growth—particularly across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and B2B sectors.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and data-driven problem solver, translating insights into impact by collaborating across business, design, and technology teams. Your role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and delivering high-value change.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with stakeholders to reimagine processes and customer journeys, delivering end-to-end business transformation
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, root causes, and innovation opportunities
- Support digital strategy, workflow redesign, and implementation of scalable solutions across touchpoints and teams
- Monitor project progress across timelines, budgets, risk, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Create data visualizations, reports, and transformation roadmaps that inform decision-making and drive buy-in
- Facilitate Agile workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams
- Support business case development and performance benchmarking for transformation initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, customer experience, or digital strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn data into actionable insights for business and design teams
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or Figma
- Excellent stakeholder communication and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in agile, fast-paced environments
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or B2B transformation projects
- Exposure to user research, journey mapping, or service design
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or change management methodologies
- Experience developing business cases, financial models, or strategic frameworks
- Knowledge of regulatory and operational complexities in highly regulated industries
