Treasury Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our finance team to support the Company’s global expansion strategy. This role plays a vital part in managing treasury operations, supporting financial activities, and maintaining good relationships with banks and vendors. The ideal candidate is analytical, trustworthy, and able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to meet global business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with banks to support Group treasury
- operations and financial goal.
- Liaise with banks to negotiate and manage trade finance solutions including Letters of Credit (LCs), factoring, trade receivables financing, etc.
- Identify and manage foreign exchange (FX) risks related to trade transactions.
- Optimize liquidity by ensuring adequate funding for operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory guidelines in cross-border transactions.
- Recommend and implement improvements in treasury processes and systems.
- Verify expense reports and reconcile statements and payment records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, trade finance, or banking.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated exposure in LCs, factoring, trade credit insurance and foreign exchange management.
- A comprehensive understanding and experience in the entire financing process from initial application to final closing is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with external partners and internal teams.
- Team player with flexibility and willingness to support cross-functional responsibilities when needed.
- Able to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
