Intro
Reporting to the Head of Private Clients, you be responsible to manage a growing portfolio of client relationships in line with all relevant regulations, in an effective manner to continuously meet client’s expectations. The successful incumbent will be required to handle a full spectrum of trust administration duties and structures. You will also focus on delivering quality services and deepening relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage a growing portfolio of client relationships, acting as their client relationship manager
- Deliver service in a responsive, excellent way by being connected with clients
- Drive the achievement of the Private Wealth business development goals through proactive management and development of key client relationships and sales activities, where possible
- Demonstrate effective management of trust and corporate entities in accordance with Intertrust Group values and with agreed policies and procedures which are compliant with current laws and regulations
- Handle onboarding of new companies/ trust structures, as well as the onboarded companies/ trust structures and their local and or international (beneficial) owners. The Trust Manager will be a hands-on and team member, such to ensure happy clients and intermediaries and accurate files and records.
- Organize regular calls, meetings and/or events with (key-) clients/intermediaries to measure client satisfaction.
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with different stakeholders within and outside the organization
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience within the Trust and Corporate Services sectors
- Familiar with local governing trust laws and regulations, and standard AML policies and requirements by Financial Institutions.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- STEP qualification or equivalent with relevant experience.
- with good decision making and time management skills. Independent, hands-on and takes accountability to deliver solutions and results.
