The Eye Specialist for Animals is seeking one (1) receptionist to join us at our veterinary practice in the East of Singapore. We are a specialist practice with 1 board-certified veterinary eye specialist supported by a close-knit team of experienced nurses.
You'll be required and not limited to:
- Providing a professional and customer focused service to all clients
- Fulfilling general administrative activities such as registration, directing clients, handling cash and card payments
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Daily balancing of cash receipts during opening and closing
- Request patient summaries from referring clinics and attach them to the relevant patient file.
Requirements:
- Administrative support-related tasks or help desk experience is advantageous
- Background with animals or clinical setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills
- Possess a meticulous, proactive, and initiative attitude
- Good time-management skills
- Able to multi-task well
