Hands-on experience in Vision Plus V10 (or earlier versions) in a production support role.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix, and payment processing systems.
Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
Provide L2/L3 production support for Vision Plus V10 (Card & Payments) systems, ensuring 24/7 uptime.
Troubleshoot transaction failures, system errors, and batch job issues in Vision Plus V10 environments.
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions for recurring issues.
Support upgrades, patches, and migrations related to Vision Plus V10.
