Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Warehouse Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue spare parts based on Material Requests (MR) accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for quantity and condition.
- Label, palletize, and arrange parts systematically for storage.
- Assist with the unloading (unstuffing) of containers as required.
- Comply with internal guidelines and procedures for stock handling and control.
- Support periodic stock take exercises under the guidance of Team Leaders.
- Maximize warehouse space through effective organization and binning practices.
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and general logistics tasks.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness in accordance with housekeeping and safety requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Job Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills to effectively follow work instructions.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations is preferred.
- Forklift license or experience operating a forklift is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory or stock tracking systems.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,580 + Allowances
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday (alternate) : 8.30am to 12.30pm
