We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse facility located in the Jalan Besut (Jurong) area.
Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient, safe, and organized management of warehouse operations , supporting the needs of our Parts Department . This includes managing inventory control, goods receipt, distribution, and improving the process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring effective inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure all parts are properly labeled and their storage locations are accurately recorded in the system.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Ensure Goods Received are promptly entered into the system upon arrival to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Assist in periodic warehouse audits to ensure stock accuracy and procedural compliance.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and stystems to improve warehouse operations (e.g., barcode scanners for part check-in/check-out).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and stock control processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
