Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis & Product Development: Evaluate insurance market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify and recommend product opportunities, including new product ideas, and changes to existing campaigns or strategies.
2. Data Analysis & Strategy: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, develop product proposals, determine strategic direction, and establish competitive incentive structures.
Financial Performance & Risk Management: Contribute to achieve department targets - financial and revenue performance goals, expense management, and appropriately assess and manage risk in business decisions.
3. Business Case Development & Leadership: Develop and present business cases for onboarding new or updated products, lead product initiatives, and support the business as a subject matter expert.
4. Communication & Training: Manage insurance distribution partnerships, prepare and participate in relevant business events, and develop/deliver presentations and training materials to internal and external audiences.
5. Product Management Support & Communication: Lead product management cycle by working with internal control functions, and communicate product information to internal stakeholders.
Requirement:
1. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Good knowledge of insurance product distribution strategies in various client segments (e.g., Retail, Priority, HNW).
2. Bachelor degree from well known university.
3. Professional working in both English and Chinese so as to provide good service support for Chinese speaking customers and communicate with Head office.
