We're seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to help drive sales growth for our bakery/cake business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale customers, including cafes, restaurants, and specialty food stores.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
2. Sales Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our bakery/cake products, including ingredients, pricing, and production capabilities.
- Provide product information and samples to customers as needed.
4. Order Management:
- Manage and coordinate wholesale orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction of customer requirements.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to orders or deliveries.
5. Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or Owner.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including production and logistics teams.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of bakery/cake products and ingredients is an advantage.
3. Qualifications:
- No specific qualifications required, but a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
