Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) modules, with experience in requirements gathering, configuration support, data analysis and system testing. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultant(s), data and integration teams to support Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, and Inventory functionalities that enhance purchasing, asset tracking, supplier management, and inventory control. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering business requirements for Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) processes and document them accurately
Support functional consultants in translating business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions
Assist in the configuration of Source to Pay (Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, and Inventory) business processes, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, asset depreciation, and inventory management
You may also be required to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
Help maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) system and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) processes with other Workday modules.
Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
Support the Functional Consultant in preparing test cases, executing system tests, and documenting results to ensure proper system functionality.
Assist with end-user training by supporting the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing user support.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working with Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, Inventory), or similar ERP supply chain systems.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation
Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and business teams, to ensure seamless process integration.
Strong understanding of Workday Core business processes and basic configuration tools
Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, asset tracking, and inventory control is preferred
Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans is preferred
Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration (a plus).
