Position Summary
The Workplace Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day facilities management operations at their assigned Client location, ensuring exceptional workplace experiences that support productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. This role serves as the primary on-site leader coordinating all workplace services while maintaining Client's workplace standards and culture.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations including maintenance, engineering services, workplace experience, and vendor management
  • Lead and develop on-site teams including Workplace Coordinators, Guest Services Ambassadors, and technical staff
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Client's local leadership team on all workplace and facilities matters
  • Implement site-specific workplace strategies aligned with Client's global standards and local requirements
  • Manage site budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and corporate policies
  • Coordinate workplace projects including small renovations, furniture reconfigurations, and space planning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers
  • Oversee the resolution of workplace issues through effective service request management
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate special events, meetings, and workplace activities to support Client's culture
  • Prepare regular reports on site performance, occupancy metrics, and service delivery KPIs
