A well-established engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a WSH Officer with proven LTA project experience to support ongoing civil construction works.
This is a site-based role at Tengah , suited for candidates who are proactive, hands-on, and familiar with LTA safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support the Project Manager on all workplace safety, health, and environmental (WSHE) matters
- Implement and maintain EHS plans in full compliance with LTA, MOM, and ISO standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
- Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety campaigns
- Manage incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure documentation and reporting of all safety-related activities is up to date
- Foster a safety-first culture across all project teams and subcontractors
Requirements:
- MOM-Registered WSH Officer
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building/civil construction , with mandatory LTA project exposure
- Willing to be stationed full-time at Tengah site
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and WSH legislation
- Good coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
- Must be able to start immediately
