Job Description :
- Maintain and update records of vehicle movements, waste collections, and disposal activities.
- Input data into systems (e.g., weighbridge software and inventory tracking)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of collection vehicles in coordination with the workshop or service providers.
- Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and downtime.
- Support incident reporting and coordination of vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections (waste transfer notes, fleet compliance records, etc.). Ad hoc duties and any other duties assign by the company.
Requirements
- At least 1 year and above in waste management industry
- Able to OT when necessary
- Able to hands on when there is a shortage of manpower
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
- Strong leadership and communication skills
