Job Duties:
Oversee and ensure the day-to-day delivery of complete, accurate and timely reporting as defined by relevant APAC regulations and industry best practice
Monitor daily reporting control exceptions and metrics and work with key stakeholders across the Middle Office, Business, Technology as well as Legal and Compliance to remediate any gaps
Ensure effective Governance of APAC regulatory reporting obligations by providing transparency to key stakeholders within Operations, Technology, the Business, Legal and Compliance and timely escalation of reporting issues
Proactively investigate exceptions and incidents as well as conduct ad-hoc data quality checks. Conduct data analysis on large data sets to identify root causes of complex issues and advise on remediation plans
Manage the successful delivery of regulatory projects, fixes and enhancements
Provide clear and concise updates on the progress of regulatory projects and initiatives
Ensure procedures and controls are in place and adhere to the bank's Global Regulatory Reporting policies
Assist in ad hoc Process Improvements
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree and above
Candidates with 5-10 years of project management experience, with OTC derivatives products knowledge across major asset classes and their trade lifecycle
Minimum 3+ years financial industry experience within Regulatory space, Derivatives Operations, Project Management or Business Analysis
