About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Animator to join our creative team. You will be responsible for bringing characters, environments, and objects to life through compelling animation for games, films, commercials, or digital content. This role requires a strong understanding of motion, timing, and storytelling, along with proficiency in industry-standard 3D software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, creatures, props, and environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless animation integration.
- Interpret storyboards and creative briefs to deliver animations that support narrative and gameplay objectives.
- Work with motion capture data and refine it for production-ready animation.
- Maintain consistent style and quality while adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.
- Participate in team reviews and respond positively to feedback to improve animation quality.
- Troubleshoot animation issues and optimize assets for performance and visual quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a design or creative role (agency or in-house).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- STRONG PORTFOLIO showcasing a range of creative projects across different mediums.
- Excellent eye for detail, color, layout, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- In-corporate and adapt to AI programs and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media content creation.
- Familiar with AI Design Tools.
