We are looking for an Academic Executive to support our academic operations. This role involves handling academic operations and paperwork, supporting curriculum development, and taking on some teaching duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update academic department records, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate exam and assessment scheduling, grading logistics, and result processing.
- Collaborate with academic teams to review, develop, and enhance course syllabus and teaching materials.
- Support quality assurance processes, including internal audits and compliance requirements.
- Deliver lessons for assigned subjects in accordance with the institution’s curriculum and standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic operations, curriculum development, or teaching is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
