Hybrid – 2 days in the office / 3 days work-from-home.
What the Account Manager will do:
- Manage a portfolio of existing SensorTower customers across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.
- Build trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders at various levels, from individual users to decision-makers.
- Drive product adoption through onboarding support, training, and regular value-based check-ins.
- Monitor product usage and client engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights tailored to each client.
- Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends
Skills and experience the Account Manager candidate can bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles in the SaaS or B2B technology space.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, especially in APAC.
- Experience in the mobile ecosystem, app economy, or analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- A substantial advantage is familiarity with SensorTower or comparable tools.
- Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Track record of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
