We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure supplier invoices are accurately and timely recorded in system
- Verify and process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage daily accounts receivable and payable task
- Update the receipt entries in system on daily basis
- Prepare and post journal entries as required.
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Generate SOA and follow up to the clients the outstanding AR and billing issues.
- Assist in general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Non-experience can apply if keen and willing to learn
- Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel
- Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and willing to learn
- Candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
- Able to work in Changi Airfreight Centre
- 5 days working week
- Singaporean / PR only
