- Handle full set accounts
- Payroll & HR administration
- Preparaton of all statutory contribution e.g CPF, IRAS, GST etc.
- Generating invoices and accounts statements
- Maintaining the accounting system
- Process payment to vendors
- Follow up on payments from customers.
- Preparation of yearly accounting closing, Stock Take and Generating Inventory etc.
- Any other ad-hoc administration, office support and documentation duties as required.
