Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Dept of the Company / Group Company
- Prepare a full set of accounts
- Liaise closely with auditors
- Prepare online payments, monthly MIS reports & accounts
- Perform routine administration & secretarial related works
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Min Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Good knowledge of accounts
- Min 4 years’ experience in similar job scope
- Good level of proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Knowledge & usage of accounting systems
- Dynamic personality with ability to learn on the job
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
