Salary Range: The teaching fee will be determined based on the candidate's level of academic qualification and teaching experience. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated expertise to teach in the following programs:

This program develops comprehensive business acumen from foundational principles to advanced strategic thinking, preparing graduates for leadership roles across diverse business sectors.

DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND e-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT

PROGRAM

Modules and Areas of study offered:

This program combines entrepreneurial thinking with digital commerce expertise, equipping graduates to launch and manage successful online businesses in the evolving digital economy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging instruction in assigned modules based on your area of expertise and specialization within business administration, digital entrepreneurship, financial management, marketing, leadership, or technology integration.

2. Implement innovative instructional materials and assessments aligned with industry standards and program objectives for your designated courses.

3. Guide students through sophisticated assessment formats including case study analyses, business plans, financial analyses, and project supervision as applicable to your assigned modules.

4. Supervise capstone project students (where applicable) through all stages from concept development to final presentation, providing individual mentoring and guidance.

5. Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in business contexts.

6. Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to enhance curriculum and program quality within your area of specialization.

7. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to program improvement efforts.

8. Integrate real-world business applications and current industry trends into your assigned coursework.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Commerce, or a related field;

2. Minimum 3-5 years of professional working experience in business, management, entrepreneurship, or digital commerce within their respective industry.

3. Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated teaching experience in higher education, with evidence of effective instruction at the diploma level or above in Business, Management, or related disciplines.

4. Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging course materials that promote active student engagement in business contexts.

5. Experience in mentoring and supporting emerging entrepreneurs and business professionals.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated business acumen.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with program coordinators and academic supervisors in a team-oriented educational environment.

Desired Competencies:

4. Proficiency in utilizing diverse teaching methodologies, including experiential learning, project-based instruction, and technology-enhanced learning environments.

5. Commitment to continuous professional development in both subject matter expertise and teaching effectiveness.

6. Understanding of contemporary business theories, digital commerce platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to assigned teaching areas.
