- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain accurate records
- Manage Inventory List
- Order and replenish office supplies including stationery, pantry, and toiletry items
- Answer phone calls and attend to office visitors
- Open incoming mail and dispatch to relevant departments File documents systematically for easy retrieval and information flow
Working Hour
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:45pm
(No Overtime required)
Monthly Salary: S$1,600.00 - S$1,800.00
Able to start work immediately preferred
