Additional Duties
- Maintained accurate records and prepared summary reports.
- Retrieved and provided file information for stakeholders.
- Compiled damaged tool reports and liaised with Maintenance on rework progress.
- Processed purchase requests, tracked orders, and verified receipts.
- Ensured compliance with office 6S standards and updated related materials.
- Managed locker and shoe rack allocation with proper documentation. Assisted colleagues and performed ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level or Nitec qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in data entry, document management, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Day shift) .
