Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and verifying all incoming documents for accuracy.
- Review and confirm customer shipping requirements and delivery modes.
- Process timely and accurate billing in the ERP system with proper supporting documents.
- Maintain Excel records and provide updates to the operations team.
- Cross-check packing documents against the Shipment Management System (SMS).
- Manage ERP transactions, including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and stock transfers.
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory validations and updates in the ERP system.
- Liaise with customers via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone to ensure requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Prior experience in a warehousing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including lookup, logical, and text functions, data validation, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables, basic charting, named ranges, and worksheet setup features would be an advantage.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Working Hours:
- 8.30am to 5.30pm 8.30pm to 5.30am
