This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Admin Assistant Officer for GO Admin.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary located in Haig Road.
Contract Period: from 26 August 2025 to 25 August 2026.
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year from 26 August 2026 to 25 August 2027.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The services required are set out as the follows:
- In charge of Processing & completing all printing requests from the staff for School Materials and Papers.
- Preparing and verifying documents. Tabulation & submission on a monthly basis the amount of printing/meter reading cried out using the machines. Managing Printing records and statistics.
- Ordering and replenish the consumables associated with school supplies and printing needs.
- Managing & ordering school inventories and consumables.
- General administration to support School Admin Team and ad hoc tasks.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Able to operate Office Automation and equipment like Printing and photocopiers.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Relevant work experience in school general administration.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting.
- Excellent team-player who is organised and meticulous.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle a range of admin duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably N level and above.
