- Serves visitors/customers (in-person/via phone) by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Operate standard office equipment regularly.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Maintain and ordering of stationery stock.
- Maintain and update company employee’s contact lists.
- Assist with the application and renewal of workers' work permits.
- Take detailed minutes in meetings.
- Facilitate the recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
- Be responsible for the management of payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Perform HR-related administrative matters.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by Management.
