RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and file job orders, invoicing, delivery notes, and service reports
- Update system records for job status and customer details
- Coordinate scheduling between supervisors, staffs and clients
- Follow up with suppliers for stock delivery and parts availability
- Help with simple logistics, inventory checks & workshop upkeep
- Ad-Hoc administrative duties

JOB DETAILS:
- Location: 69 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore 629084
- Salary: S$2200 – S$2,500/month (depending on experience)
- Hours: Mon–Sat, 8AM–5PM
- Training Provided: on-the-job training by supervisors and operation manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, PDF, printing/scanning)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and simple English
- Physically fit and not afraid of workshop environment
- Strong work ethic, punctuality & willingness to learn
