We’re hiring! Looking for an Administration Officer to join our Car Rental Company. Office-based job with light driving duties when needed.
Job Scope:
- Basic admin work (data entry, handling paperwork, simple customer service)
- Assist in car delivery/collection when required
- Arrange bookings & schedule rentals
- Liaise with customers & workshops
- Ad-hoc duties (don't worry, nothing difficult!)
Requirements:
- Must have Class 3/3A licence (Singapore)
- Able to use basic computer (Excel/WhatsApp)
- Responsible & independent
- Positive attitude & willing to learn
- Friendly personality!
